A set travel rate for each city based on the distance from home base in St. Louis, Missouri. The travel fee covers the total hours spent traveling to and from your venues location.

• Flat Rate for Travel Time: Travel time is billed at $250 up to 2 hours round trip (to and from venue). While traveling, the artist is unable to perform other client work or commitments, leaving it necessary to include travel time in addition to the service pricing for extended travel.
•  This fee covers holding your date, milage to and from on site location within the greater St. Louis area area only including setup and cleanup on the wedding day. Please see the information below regarding travel beyond a 40 mile radius of St. Louis, MO.

E X T E N D E D  T R A V E L + B R I D A L  B O O K I N G  M I N I M U M 

• Extra Travel Time Charge: Extra travel time is calculated based on round-trip hours (to and from your event for any time over the 4 hour flat fee) at the rate of $75 per hour. For example, if it takes 4 hours round trip to get to and from your location, you will also be charged $250 flat fee plus an additional $75 for anytime over 4 hours round trip.  (Please see Extended Travel rates below)

• Example: Round trip from St. Louis, MO to Kansas City, MO.,  travel time: 4 hour travel distance = 8 total hours traveled to and from - $250 flat fee (first 2 hours)  + $75 per hour for additional hours travel time fee totaling $450 totaling $700.

To ensure every bride receives personalized, high-quality service, I only take on one wedding per day and a limited number of weddings per year. Because of this, there is a required Bridal Booking Minimum of $600 to secure your wedding date for on-site services.

This minimum can be met through a combination of services for the bride and/or bridal party.

Booking solo? You're more than welcome to book just makeup for yourself! However, the $600 minimum still applies.
For example: Bridal Makeup ($400) = $400. In this case, the remaining $ 200 would still be required to meet the booking minimum.

✨All extended travel will require, at minimum, one nights stay near the venue. This is an additional fee, travel time does not include coverage for accommodations.

💨 Hair Prep Requirement - bride only
All members of the wedding party must arrive with clean, completely dry hair. If blow-drying is required due to damp or wet hair.

👰‍♀️ Service Capacity
Christy can accommodate a maximum of 8 services (in total), depending on the timeline and booking. Please refer to the service timing guidelines listed above for reference. A custom timeline will be created and provided by Sublime Flawless Beauty Co. once services are confirmed.

👯‍♀️ Additional Artists
For larger parties or strict timelines, an additional artists may be necessary. Additional stylist cost is the client's responsibility per stylist fee and travel fee. Sublime Flawless Beauty Co is not responsible for any additional artists  and must be booked separately.

💳 Final Payment Policy
All services must be paid in full no later than 14 days or 2 weeks prior to the wedding date via Venmo, Visa, Mastercard, Discover or AMEX (Additional processing fees apply).
All payments are non-refundable once received.

💰 Payment Responsibility
The bride or designated booking party is fully responsible for payment of all services booked for the wedding day.
If members of the wedding party are paying individually, they should submit payment to the bride or booking party—not directly to Sublime Flawless Beauty Co..

🚗 Additional Fees
Any additional costs (such as valet fees, parking, tolls, hotel lodging, or extended travel time) are the responsibility of the bride or booking party. These may be required based on your location and schedule.

❄️ Force Majeure Clause
Sublime Flawless Beauty Co. L.L.C. shall not be held liable or responsible for any delay, cancellation, inability to perform services, or interruption of services due to circumstances beyond reasonable control, including but not limited to: acts of God, severe weather, natural disasters, fire, flood, pandemic, epidemic, government restrictions, state-issued mandates, power outages, transportation interruptions, venue closures, emergencies, illness, accidents, labor disputes, or any other unforeseeable event that makes performance commercially impractical or impossible.  In the event of such circumstances, Sublime Flawless Beauty Co. L.L.C. will make reasonable efforts to reschedule services to a mutually agreed-upon date, subject to availability and updated pricing. If rescheduling is not possible, all retainers and payments made shall remain non-refundable and non-transferrable and may be applied toward a future service at the sole discretion of Sublime Flawless Beauty Co. L.L.C.
